Development Of Hydraulic Multi-way Valve Test Bench And The Transient Test Research Of Multi-way Valve

Multi-way Valve Test Bench is used to test performance and indicators of Multi-way Valve.The reliability and stability is very important to the accuracy of the test results.Aiming at the existing Multi-way Valve Test Bench problem of poor reliability and low test efficiency and test accuracy,based on multi-way valve standards,designed the hydraulic Multi-way Valve Test Bench.It can be applied to the factory test and type test of the proportional multi-way reversing valve,and the transient test of the Multi-way Valve is studied.The main contents of this paper are organized as follows:(1)Firstly,the structure and classification of the Multi-way Valve are introduced,and then summarized the Multi-way Valve testing system of domestic and foreign research present situation and development trend,finally expounded the main content in the research of this paper.(2)Design of hydraulic system for Multi-way Valve Test Bench.Five units are analyzed in detail about the Multi-way Valve Test Bench,including the power source unit,the pressure test,the transient test unit,the load simulation unit and the oil temperature control unit.The Multi-way Valve Test Bench of hydraulic system diagram and its core component selection are completed.(3)Computer aided testing system of Multi-way Valve Test Bench design.The selection of testing system hardware,and then the test software and PLC software are designed respectively.(4)Principle analysis of transient test for Multi-way Valve.The structure and working principle of the transient test step loading valve two-way cartridge valve is analyzed,and its mathematical model is established,with the help of MATLAB software,simulation model was established for the two-way cartridge valve,the closing time of different flow cartridge valve is simulated.(5)Simulation and experimental validation of transient test for Multi-way Valve.Firstly,the AMESim simulation software is used to establish the simulation model of the transient test,the factors that influence the pressure rising rate were studied,the concrete scheme of transient test of the Multi-way Valve was obtained.Then,the accuracy and feasibility of the scheme were verified by experiment.
