With the continuous development of the manufacturing industry,people are paying more and more attention on time,high efficiency and product quality.Virtual reality technology is a new technology which can use the computer aiding operators observe the production of every process link.At present,many manufacturing enterprises attach great importance to the training and selection of talent in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.They also spare no effort to import foreign advanced management technology.But there is still no better solution for the real-time monitoring and management of the workshop.Now many enterprises still adopt plant operators manually collecting data in traditional workshop management.In recent years,the development of ammunition production line is so rapidly that automated production have replaced the original manual mode gradually.But there are still many problems exist,such as the large waste of resources,low production efficiency and unsafe factors in the production process.Virtual assembly technology can not only make simulation for the whole working process which can help find the defects before production of the entire production process but also can work in accordance with the established procedure to guide the operation by workers which can effectively improve the production efficiency.The operation monitoring technology on production process can control the real-time status of the production line and alarm for the wrong.The combination of virtual assembly simulation and operation monitoring can make the production line more intelligent.So it is necessary to use virtual installation simulation and operation monitoring system on ammunition production line.According to the characteristics of ammunition production line,we have developed ammunition virtual assembly simulation and operation monitoring platform.This platform can not only realize the definition of production equipment and products.It can also make planning and simulation of the production process and save the data to system.What's more,it can use the data-driven method to monitor the real condition of production line.The main research contents of this paper including:(1)Research on the structure of virtual assembly and operation monitoring system of ammunition production line which including assembly information modeling,assembly sequence planning,the generation of assembly simulation animation and the technology about operation-monitoring.(2)Research on the modeling method of products.Enhance the semantic modeling and use the semantic modeling to set up the products model.(3)Research on the modeling method of devices which is the same to the products modeling and use the real device modeling to prove the correctness of the method called semantic modeling.(4)Research on process simulation of digital-drive based on the proposed simulation method of spatial constraint relation which can change the space position more intuitive in the simulation of various products and equipment and achieve the simulation based on digital drive.(5)Carry the thorough research on the implementation process of the operation monitoring,including the system structure of the operation monitoring,the real-time collection of the data and the operation mechanism of the operation monitoring platform(6)Use Visual C++ to develop a virtual assembly simulation and operation monitoring platform.This platform can make virtual assembly and monitor the operation process.The example of system operation for virtual simulation of the production line,can prove that the above methods are correct.
