The application of 3D design and simulation technology of offshore platform is the development direction of platform design in the current offshore engineering industry.It is not only important for improving the design level,speeding up the design speed and reducing the design cost,but also a powerful means for the State marine engineering to enhance technological innovation and technical reserve and enhance the market competitiveness.At present,most of the domestic offshore industry use shipbuilding or steel structure software to build three-dimensional model of jack-up platform that can not be directly used for platform safety assessment.This needs to re-establish the finite element model for platform safety assessment.There is a lot of duplication of efforts between the platform design and the safety assessment process,resulting in a waste of time and manpower.In order to solve the above problems,this paper uses parametric method to research and develop the rapid three-dimensional modeling system of jack-up platform.This research realizes the rapid three-dimensional modeling of the self-elevating platform and provides the transforming function of the platform model data to the finite element model data.Based on this,the practicality and reliability of the system are verified with a three-legged platform as an example.The specific research contents are as follows,First of all,based on the structural characteristics of the self-elevating platform,the parametric model design of the platform is carried out by using the structured design method.In the VB environment,the basic component library of the platform is established based on the OpenGL graphics library to realize the three-dimensional parametric modeling of the self-elevating platform.Secondly,the secondary development of Ansys software is carried out by using VB.The data transfer of VB and Ansys is realized through the VB-specific program instructions and the parameter transfer function of the macro file,so that the corresponding platform modeling command stream file can be generated while quickly building the 3D model of the platform,and then to achieve the mechanical properties of the platform analysis.Finally,the system is used to build a three-legged jack-up offshore platform model.the Ansys executable command flow file and the corresponding platform finite element model are obtained.Based on this,the mechanical performance analysis and checking Platform structure strength are carried out under different conditions.The establishment of the example platform model and the finite element analysis show that the system can realize the rapid parametric modeling of the platform and make the design and calculation process an organic whole,which has obvious engineering application significance for the three-dimensional design of the offshore platform.
