The hydraulic brake system is an important part of the aircraft,which can slow down the aircraft to reduce the sliding distance in the take-off and landing process.If the braking system fails,a serious accident will occur during the landing of the aircraft.In recent years,due to brake system failure caused a lot of accidents.For example,the aircraft deviates from the runway and the aircraft tire explosion caused aircraft damage and so on,which endangers the safety of flight personnel and causes the loss of state property.The aviation industry is paying more and more attention to how to reduce the braking system failure and improve the safety of the braking system.In this paper,braking system and failure of certain aircraft are studied,trying to change the existing timing maintenance mode into the maintenance mode based on fault information to improve the safety of the system,reduce the risk of failure.By studying the theory of the reliability and fault tree,analyzing the characteristics of the braking system failure and the failure event failure probability,fault tree is established and the fault tree is qualitatively analyzed and quantitatively analyzed.Through calculating the reliability of the braking system and the importance of the fault events,the failure events of the braking system are analyzed and compared and then the functional relationship between the failure probability and the system reliability is obtained.The methods of fault detection and treatment are summarized,and the information is used as the software database information.Based on the fault tree analysis,the VB software platform is used to establish the maintenance software for certain aircraft braking system,which provides brake system reliability status information for maintenance work and provides a process for fault diagnosis of brake systems.Based on the fault analysis of the brake system of certain airplane and the fault tree theory of brake system,the brake system maintenance software is used to develop the braking system process to improve the system reliability and maintenance quality.Through the practical application of maintenance process,we can analyze the impact of the new process on the failure rate of the brake system.Based on the analysis of the importance of fault events,the reliability of the new system is improved by changing the structure of the system to improve the reliability.
