The velocity and acceleration of projectile are high when the artilleries are launched,and the inertial effects of artillery,which leads to the gun tubes flutter fiercely and muzzle direction changes.And then the projectile will deviate from the desired location at the time of flying out of the chamber,which make the launching disturbance become one of the key factors to influence launching intensity.In this thesis,angular velocity was put forward as characteristics of launching disturbance based on the performance of launching vibration.A test system was set up for measuring the launching disturbance by using the gyroscope.The core part of this detecting system is the FPGA processing system,and the SOPC technique was used to design the system.The focus of this thesis is divided into two parts:hardware design and software design.The hardware part covers the gyroscope sensor,the pretreatment circuit,the FPGA core circuit and its peripheral circuit.After the acquisition of signal,the angular velocity signals were pretreated to the voltage signals,and it can be processed by the AD chip.Then the signals were stored and analyzed by FPGA,the processing results would be transferred to the lower computer by the serial port.The design of software part was based on the SOPC technique,the schematic document was built and it was set as the top document in the Quartus ?.The configuration of Nios II software CPU was completed in the SOPC Builder,the necessary IP core and the peripheral also should be added.After this part,the module of each function part(collection,conversion,storage and transmission,etc.)was designed in the Nios ?.Also,the gathered data is uploaded to the VISA based Serial Communication Interface by the UART controller in the SOPC system.The angular velocity data are stored in the TDMS format and its frequency spectrum is analyzed primitively in the LabVIEW.In the end,the hardware and software of the system is debugged successfully,and the experimental data is tested and analyzed.At the end of the paper,the running status of the system was explained,and the analysis of the running result has been listed.Experimental results show that the design of hardware and software about system can meet the primary requirements of data acquisition,which can lay foundation for the follow-up studies of disturbance detection system.
