| The rocket sled test is a crucial link in the production and preparation of weapons,and it plays a very important role in testing and improving the performance of weapons.With the improvement of the performance test requirements for new weapons,the existing test methods are not enough to meet the requirements of parallel embedded,so it is urgent to design an embedded multi-channel data acquisition and storage module for rocket sled.And because the working condition of the rocket sled is extremely bad and the volume of the sled is limited,it is very difficult to realize the effective protection of the test system and the accuracy of the test data in the data test.In view of the above problems,the main research work of this paper is as follows:1)The overall scheme design of the acquisition,storage and transmission module.In order to meet the needs of the embedded rocket sled,this paper adopts a parallel multi-channel large-capacity data acquisition,storage and transmission scheme.The high-speed AD chip is used to realize the data acquisition function;the SD memory card is used for data storage;and the USB communication module is used to realize the data transmission;and the communication module is used to transmit the data to the host computer to realize the interface display of the data waveform.2)For the overall design scheme,in order to achieve the purpose of eight-channel parallel data acquisition,AD7606 is used to realize AD conversion.At the same time,the overall circuit uses a modular layered structure to realize a modular embedded method,and high-speed FPGA technology is used to realize data parallel acquisition.The SD memory card is used to store the collected data,which can realize the function of data storage without power loss.Thus the entire test module circuit design is completed.According to the technical index requirements of the paper,the core chips such as FPGA are selected;the circuit schematic diagram of each module of acquisition and storage is drawn;and the PCB of each module is designed.3)The logical sequence of acquisition,storage and transmission circuit is designed,and the hardware platform of the test system is build.In the design of the logical sequence of acquisition,storage and transmission circuit,the logical sequence of AD7606 parallel data acquisition circuit,the logical sequence of SD card data storage circuit and the logical sequence of USB data transmission circuit are designed,and the test platform is built.4)Complete the working condition adaptability design of the test module.Due to the particularity of the operating environment of the rocket sled test system,it is necessary to pay attention to factors such as anti-vibration performance,temperature applicable range and the size of the sled body in the design of each module.Aiming at the particularity of the use environment,this paper proposes a design scheme of miniaturization and modularization of the system,so as to improve the anti-vibration performance of the test system and adapt to the volume of the sled.Therefore,the technical indicators required for the paper are met,and the adaptable design of the system is completed.5)The functional testing and verification of the test system is carried out,and the design of the host computer interface is realized by using Lab VIEW.In the functional verification,MATLAB used to verify the function of the acquired signal;Chip Scope and Win Hex used to verify the working status of the SD card.And the NI-VISA driver function is used to implement the writing of the host computer program,which can realize the design of the host computer interface and result of the test.Through testing and verification,the embedded design scheme adopted in this paper realizes the function of multi-channel parallel data acquisition for small-volume rocket sleds.And the feasibility and correctness of the design are verified through the signal source in the laboratory.A new solution is provided for the design of embedded multi-channel data acquisition and storage modules for rocket sled. |
