Along with the great progress of urbanization and the construction of a well-off society in China,the urban bridge has achieved a development on a large scale.However,the management modes and management methods are obsolete.The traditional artificial methods are used for collecting,analyzing and managing bridge data,resulting in lack of understanding of the overall situation of the bridge,and the daily maintenance of the bridges cannot be effectively guaranteed.In this thesis,the urban reinforced concrete bridge information management system is designed to improve the level of bridge information management.The main work is as follows:First of all,the application of Java Language to Compile B/S Structure of Urban Reinforced Concrete Bridge Information Management System that not only allows bridge management department to timely browse and modify custody information on the web pages,but also can manage the bridge's basic information,disease information and custody information,and develop appropriate maintenance measures in accordance with the above information.The system needs to establish a reasonable database structure,and save the bridge data,and then write back-office business logic to achieve data transmission,which ensuring the normal use of the bridge management system.Secondly,the bridge safety evaluation function is developed in the management platform.In the management system,we can call the bridge disease data saved in the database and combine the real-time on-line monitoring stress data.The system uses the analytic hierarchy process to divide the various factors influencing the bridge safety into several levels according to the specific category,and uses the variable weight principle to carry on the processing to its weight.Then the variable-weight analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to evaluate the safety of the different components of the bridge and the whole bridge,so as to achieve real-time online monitoring and early-warning management of the bridge.Finally,the bridge security prediction function is developed in the management platform.Use gray system model to derive and analyze the bridge condition prediction model,the gray system model is used to derive and analyze the bridge condition prediction model,and the gray model information is reconstructed or the residual gray model is constructed to improve the prediction accuracy.Then,validate the gray metabolic information prediction model and gray perfect information prediction model using the data of Sanlizhuang Bridge.In this thesis,the Web-based information management system of urban reinforced concrete bridge is developed,which realizes the management function of electronic data of bridge,real-time on-line inspection evaluation and forecasting,and improves the bridge management level.The bridge management will be further enhanced by further analysis of the bearing capacity of bridge components and the construction of new storage information and evaluation algorithms.
