With the quick development of transportation, Bridges as communications hinge play a more and more important role, have been the tache of local economy development. Especially recently several decades, all kinds of bridges have been built in our country, such as highway bridge, railway bridge, both railway and highway bridge, city crossroad. During the building and operation management of these bridges, lots of inspection work has been done to insure the construction quality and normal operation. In particular, the structure of existing reinforced concrete bridges become obsolescence and cracking because of the outsider physical and chemic factors, which weaken the carrying capacity and stiffness of reinforced concrete structure, and lower it's durability, impact on the normal operation lifetime of structure, eventually, lead to slumping accidents. Therefore, it's necessary to ensure the bridges' normal operation by safety inspection.Supported by the fund of science and technology of wuhan university-Research on Safety Monitoring and Safety Condition Evaluation of the Building and combining the bridges engineering inspection practice, we research the inspection technology and the safety evaluation of monitored behavior of bridges in this dissertation. The main contents are as follows.1, The importance of bridge structure safety, the significance and goal of safety inspection are expatiated on by looking back the typical accident on the bridges development history, and at the same time, the development and actuality of safety inspection at home and abroad are introduced.2, The contents, ordinary methods and kinds of safety inspection, and as well as the several methods of structure condition inspection are systematacially introduced. The methods of structure disease diagnosis are detailed introduced and their merits and demerits are analyzed by contrast. It is believed that dynamic inspection is a rapid andeffectual method by analyzing; this method will be applied widely with the development of sensor and signal technique.3> The basic contents of bridge safety inspection are summarized totally, and the scatheless inspection methods of concrete strength and reinforcement rustity are analyzed, and the vibration mode, strain mode and dynamic coefficient methods for structure dynamic response, and along with the ordinary methods of structure safety assessment and lifetime prediction are described in a detail. By analyzing, the following outcomes are found: the scatheless inspection methods don't destroy the components during quantificational inspection, but the inspection datum have error, the part-dilapidation methods can obtain inspection datum firsthand and reliably, it will bring into play outstanding advantage if using the two methods together; bridge's safety evaluation is on the base of one character parameter, character parameter change little for the structure operation condition changing, it will be more better if these character parameters are put together.4% According to structure safety inspection theory, the mostly mission is structural condition inspection of Shaheyi Bridge in Qian'an County, Hebei Province, at same time the ability of structure material is inspected. Salutary conclusion is brought forward after having analyzed inspection results general and evaluated this bridge's operation condition.Finally, still unsolved problem are posed after summarizing research results.
