| In recent years,the emission of air pollutants from ports and ships has gradually become an important part of the control of air pollution in coastal port cities.How to effectively control the emission of air pollutants from ships and improve air quality has become an important issue that port cities need to solve urgently.Among the emission control measures,the port-to-port power supply has obvious advantages in pollutant emission control,energy saving and noise reduction.At present,the research of port shore power technology at home and abroad mainly focuses on the research of distribution power system,and many technologies have been put into practical application.In recent years,the design and research of shore power management and monitoring system has just started,and the results are few.The management of shore power is not perfect,and there is a lack of shore power management and monitoring system.In order to realize the automatic docking between ships and ports,the derivative functions of real-time monitoring and automatic billing of parameters such as shore voltage,current and power factor are of great significance to the promotion and development of shore power in China.Starting with the current port shore power technology at home and abroad,combined with the actual needs of port shore power in China,the application types of port shore power are divided into three categories according to the scale and function of application:large coastal wharf,medium-sized coastal and river-side wharf,small inland river and lake wharf,mainly considering different wharf services.Different types of ships have different electrical systems and loads.Based on classification,the operational service requirements of monitoring and management platform for coastal large-scale wharf and coastal medium-sized wharf shore power system and inland river and lake small-scale wharf shore power system are analyzed and studied.At the same time,new technologies such as distributed energy intervention,electric vehicles,energy efficiency management equipment and power quality detection equipment need to be considered.Operational and management requirements of type I port power service.Aiming at large coastal wharfs and medium-sized coastal and riverside wharfs,a two-level distributed monitoring system model of integrated coastal power management system and coastal power operation management platform is designed.For the shore-based power supply operation equipment(low-voltage integrated shore pile)of small inland river and lake wharf,a centralized monitoring scheme of shore-based power equipment is designed.Finally,taking the quayside power project of a port in Guangxi as an example,combined with the technical characteristics of power grid operation and referring to the implementation experience of other ports,through the analysis of the primary system configuration of quayside power and the requirements of the international general integrated management system of quayside power,a mature hierarchical and distributed technology is adopted to integrate the system and form a solution.The final plan and the implementation of the project have achieved good results. |
