Nowadays,there are many steel structures with gorgeous shapes.Designers pour their wisdom and inspiration into them,which brings unprecedented visual impact to users.While lamenting and praising the skillful work of the designers,the construction process of such complex structural forms of steel structures should not be underestimated.Especially,the mechanical problems in the construction process are complicated and the installation technology is difficult,resulting in a lot of adverse factors in the construction,in other words,if not feasible.The installation technology ensures that all the magnificent and grand steel structure designs are all on paper.Therefore,it is necessary to study the mechanical analysis of complex steel structure in the construction process and the installation technology of steel structure.In this paper,the installation technology of steel structure with complex structure is studied in combination with the project of a showground,hoping to provide reference and guidance for the construction of other complex steel structure projects.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,the common construction methods of large-span and complex steel structures at home and abroad are studied in depth to lay a theoretical foundation for the determination of the installation technical scheme of this project;(2)Secondly,combined with a show site project,on the basis of familiar with and mastering the general situation of the project and the general situation of the steel structure,on the basis of the project.By comparing and selecting the steel structure installation scheme,starting from the hoisting idea,hoisting equipment selection and performance parameters,hoisting working conditions and installation process,this paper makes a thorough study and Analysis on the roof steel structure installation scheme and the front hall steel structure installation scheme respectively,and puts forward the construction measures to ensure the installation scheme to proceed smoothly.(3)Then,numerical simulation analysis and checking calculation are carried out to verify the feasibility of construction measures for the temporary support system in the process of steelstructure installation,i.e.the bracing tire frame.(4)Finally,the manufacturing scheme of welded H-beam,the manufacturing scheme of box-shaped components,welding scheme and technology,as well as the welding defects and the corresponding countermeasures are discussed.The plan of steel structure processing is analyzed.Through the study of this paper,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Because of the large weight and length of the truss,the installation scheme of integral truss section hoisting should be adopted to install the roof steel structure;(2)The structure of the front hall steel structure is mesh structure,and the installation scheme of mesh section should be adopted to install the front hall steel structure.Installation;(3)Through the simulation analysis and checking calculation of the support tire frame,it is known that the structural form and plane layout of the support tire frame meet the strength and stiffness requirements;(4)The necessary quality control measures should be taken to ensure the quality of the project in accordance with the manufacturing and welding process of the steel structure.
