In recent years,with the continuous development of large-span buildings in China,the structure of different shapes as a kind of structural form widely favored by architectural designers has been widely used in gymnasiums,aircraft depots,exhibition halls and other public buildings.At present,there are many researches on the construction method of space grid structure composed of four corners cone or triangular cone as the basic unit,and more engineering practical experience has been accumulated,but the mechanical problems of jumbled and the difficult installation technology in the construction process still haunt the designers and the staff of the construction site.Therefore,it is very necessary and meaningful to carry out an in-depth study on the construction method of space grid structure,and on the basis of drawing lessons from other areas to study the construction methods of steel mesh frame,combined with the actual construction of this project,to provide useful reference for the installation of other similar projects with large span structure.The main research contents of this paper include:(1)in-depth study on the common construction methods of various large-span space steel mesh frame structures at home and abroad,and lay a theoretical foundation for the determination of the construction method of this project;(2)Taking a project in Qingdao as the engineering background,on the basis of in-depth understanding of its engineering overview Comparing and analyzing and selecting the installation scheme of steel mesh structure,this paper analyzes and studies the splicing scheme and hoisting scheme of steel mesh frame of each part of the project from the aspects of selection of construction method,construction sequence,hoisting idea and selection of hoisting equipment respectively,and puts forward reasonable construction measures.(3)Numerical simulation analysis is carried out to determine the feasibility of construction measures in the construction of steel mesh racks in each part of the project.Through the research of this paper.the main conclusions are as follows: UsingMidas Gen software to design and simulate the support rod and slip track under the most unfavorable working conditions,through the analysis of the design check results,it is found that each index conforms to the requirements of the specification,which shows the safety and reliability of the design scheme,It shows that the construction method of the project has good practical value.
