With the rapid development of science,technology and economy in China,the construction industry has also achieved industrial restructuring.In view of the fact that the construction speed of traditional construction method is slow,the construction technology level is backward,and the resources waste is serious,it can not meet the needs of social development.Prefabricated construction has become the trend of modern architecture industry.Due to the late start of prefabricated buildings in China,it is now in the primary stage of development.This study establishes a systematic and scientific evaluation index system,that in order to reduce safety accidents during construction,avoid unnecessary losses,accurately identify risk factors.It is of great practical significance to study the risk evaluation of the construction stage of the assembled building.Based on the extensive reading of domestic and foreign literature on the assemblage architecture and the construction site interviews,this paper evaluates and studies the risks of the construction phase of the assembly building based on the construction technology and theoretical knowledge.Firstly,on the basis of previous studies,according to the development status and construction characteristics of the prefabricated construction,the WBS-RBS(work breakdown structure-risk decomposition structure)method is used to identify and analyze the risk influencing factors of the prefabricated building construction stage,get a list of initial identification results of risk factors.Secondly,using rough set theory,using attribute reduction algorithm to screen risk factors,according to risk decision matrix and risk discernment matrix,it reduces the risk influencing factors without losing effective information and without reducing the accuracy of risk assessment.The risk assessment index system of the prefabricated construction phase including the organization plan risk,management risk,material risk,construction operation risk and environmental economic risk;Finally,on the basis of the risk evaluation index system,combined with the complexity and uncertainty of the risk of the prefabricated building construction stage,the superiority of the IFAHP method(intuitive fuzzy analytic hierarchy process)is used to empower the risk indicators,which is more in line with the decision makers.The logical thinking enhances the scientific and accuracy of empowerment.The risk assessment model of fabricated building construction based on D-S evidence theory is established.Combined with engineering examples,the risk level definition and evidence information synthesis are used to obtain the project construction stage.The overall risk level and the applicability of the verification model provide a reference for the study of risk control measures in the post-assembly construction phase.
