The mixed-flow assembly line production system is a just-in-time production system with the characteristics of small batch,multi-variety,complicated technology,high product conversion rate,and high production flexibility.With the transformation of manufacturing companies to consumer diversification and market segmentation,the production of locomotive bogie mixed-flow assembly products are now combined with customer demand,material supply reliability,production capacity balance,and load balancing of assembly lines to organize production.In the mixed flow production mode,because the assembly time of different types of products is difficult to achieve the same,only the product type,input amount,equipment load,staffing,and assembly time can be reasonably configured to enable the production capacity of the assembly line to be achieved.maximize.The production sequencing is a crucial issue in mixed-flow assembly lines.The assembly line production efficiency and quality are directly affected by the order in which the products are put into operation.This paper focuses on the optimization of the production scheduling of mixed-flow assembly line for locomotive bogies,and mainly focuses on the following aspects.(1)Combined with the theoretical basis of the mixed-flow assembly line,this paper analyzes the process flow of the mixed-flow assembly line in the case enterprise and focuses on the in-depth study of its production sequencing..(2)Based on the theoretical basis,this paper analyzes the general application of the rail transit equipment manufacturing industry to the mixed flow production line.The production factors,application conditions and limitations of the mixed flow production line in the actual case of the company were analyzed.(3)According to the actual production needs of the workshop,a scientific and reasonable objective function is put forward,a mathematical model for the production sequencing is constructed,a genetic algorithm is used to design and solve the model,and a more optimal solution is output as a product production sequence.(4)An Plant Simulation model of the mixed flow production assembly line in the assembly plant of the company was established to simulate the assembly process of different production sequences to verify the feasibility of the optimal solution set solved by the genetic algorithm and provide an example for the enterprise to solve the problem of mixed flow production sequencing..
