Study On The Framework And Compilation Method Of Sponge Special Urban Design Guidelines

With the advancement of sponge city construction in China,urban problems caused by lack of sufficient theoretical research have also emerged.How to coordinate the relationship between sponge city construction and other aspects of urban planning from the perspective of the city as a whole is a key issue that needs to be considered at present.The author recently participated in the topic of "Water Sensitive Urban Space Design Research" in "Changchun City Overall Urban Design(2017-2035)",and proposed the idea of combining sponge city construction with urban design management and control,and carried out related research..In the research,the author finds that the urban design guide is an effective means to comprehensively control urban problems,and is the link between urban planning and implementation of specific projects.Sponge City,as a new generation of urban stormwater management concept,its main purpose is to build a rainwater low impact development system,to maximize the city's rainwater storage,consumption,purification,to meet the requirements of each plot in the upper plan Implementation of the rainwater indicator.The construction of the sponge city will have a multi-faceted impact on urban space and special design.On the basis of considering the “hydroelastic city”,it can achieve organic integration with urban landscape features and spatial functions to achieve the purpose of harmonious livability and humanized construction.Therefore,this paper puts forward the concept of “sponge special urban design guide”,and incorporates the sponge city concept into the urban design topic to form an effective management and control method for sponge city construction.This study takes the construction of the “Sponge Design Guidelines for Sponge Special Cities” as the core goal.On the basis of summarizing the current urban design and related research of sponge city,compare and analyze the compilation method of “Urban Design Guide” and “Sponge City Planning and Design Guide”.Summarize the overall guideline preparation framework that is completed by the “General guidelines – Detailed guidelines –Graphical guidelines”.The general part includes the guidelines and principles for the preparation of the guidelines,the framework of the control system,the determination of the overall control indicators,and the unitized block control of the entire city;the Detailed guidelines include three major parts of the corridor,the area,and the space control of the plot and the specific control of the strip;the Graphical guidelines is a graphical explanation of the specific sponge facilities and the construction of the typical plots.Finally,the main contents of the compilation are detailed in combination with the specific case of Changchun City.The core innovation of this research is: The concept of sponge city construction is integrated into the urban design system to form the concept of “sponge special urban design”,which is used as a special design in urban design to guide the construction of sponge city in urban design direction.At the same time,based on the systematic analysis of its control elements and control methods,the "sponge special urban design guidelines" was compiled,and the compilation system and method of sponge special urban design guidelines were summarized,which provided reference for the later urban design and sponge city construction.
