| The emergence of a centralized management model for large-scale operation and management of expressways,improve the efficiency of expressways operation management and save management costs.The central station serves as a carrier for the "concentration" of this model,and is a prerequisite for centralized management to achieve high efficiency and low cost.The scientific and rational selection of the center station is a guarantee of the superiority of the central station.However,there are very few studies on the factors and decision models for the site selection of centralized management centers.Therefore,this article is based on the analysis of the function and particularity of the central station of centralized expressway operation management,construct a bi-level programming model for the selection of the central station and design its algorithm.The main research includes:First,on the basis of summarizing a large number of documents,the definition of the centralized management center station is defined,and its size and function are positioned.Analyze the special location of centralized management center station.Through the comparative analysis of the site selection of centralized management center stations and the site selection of toll stations and operation management agencies,the factors that determine the selection of central station site selection are concise,including cost factors,environmental factors,and commuting satisfaction factors.Second,quantify the cost and commuting satisfaction factors in the central station site selection decision;A bi-level programming models for site selection of the central station is constructed,the upper model aims at minimizing costs,and the lower model aims at the most reasonable commuting satisfaction.The model more closely reflects the equilibrium process between cost and commuting satisfaction in the process of site selection for a centralized management center.Third,There are few characteristics of the upper layer feasible solution for the bi-level programming models established in this paper,by constructing a lagrangian function,the complex bi-level programming constructed is transformed into a single-layer programming.A discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed,by solving the model,the optimal solution of the center station location can be obtained.Fourth,Application of model and solution algorithm.The data required for the site selection of the highway center station managed by H company,the Matlab toolbox is used to compile the model solving program,and the most optimal site scheme is obtained through the operation.The scheme is consistent with the actual site of the central station.The results show that the bi-level programming models established in this paper can be effectively applied to the site selection of central station of centralized expressway operation management. |
