In recent years,affected by the energy crisis and environmental problems,new energy vehicles have attracted widespread attention.Electric vehicles(EV)consume electricity instead of oil,the convenience and rapidity of electricity supply have become the key point to popularize EV.The electricity supply of EV can be divided into the destination charging and driving charging accordance with the charging environment.To protect battery life,EV generally chooses small power slow charging when they stay at the destination.On the contrary,due to the influence of the travel time and the travel mission,the EV can choose the fast charging or battery swapping on the way to save time.However,Fast charging is not suitable for frequent charging of EV,considering it damage the battery life with the huge charging power.Battery swapping can not only save time,but also has sufficient time for small power charging,which has obvious advantages for the rapidity of the electricity supply and the protection of the battery life.Grid companies proposed an electricity supply pattern which is centralized charging and unified delivering.The model charges the battery in centralized charging station and swapping the battery in battery swapping point,which is beneficial to the centralized planning of charging facilities and the construction of battery swapping point in the user intensive areas.Therefore,the planning and site selection of centralized charging stations and battery swapping point and the coordinated charging research of batteries in this pattern have significant meanings in solving the electricity supply of the users on the way,perfecting the service facilities of charging and swapping,and making charging strategies for batteries of centralized charging station.Firstly,this paper introduces the specific running pattern-charging centralized and delivering unified;it analyses the changing demand of battery swapping point based on the specific framework of road net;it structures certain capacity optimal pattern of battery swapping point based on the characteristics of universality,no aftereffect and quiet running property of EV users with the help of M/M/C/?/? systems in queuing theory with the minimum of battery swapping point operation cost and using time cost as the object.A numerical simulation is carried out to simulate certain capacity of 3 battery swapping point which is in the area including 16 network nodes.Secondly,on the basis of obtaining battery swapping demand of the users and the constant volume method of the battery swapping point,A joint planning and site selection method for centralized charging station and battery swapping point is proposed with the minimum of foundation investment cost converted to each year,battery delivery cost and changing driving cost as the object,a joint planning and site selection model is constructed.Establishing a number range forecasting method based on the battery swapping points of maximum and minimum service area and the maximum and minimum number of centralized charging station serving battery swapping points.Using division principle of weighted Voronoi area to get the service range of centralized charging stations and battery swapping point;Using immunity genetic algorithm to simulate the planning and site selection of centralized charging stations and battery swapping point in 64 planning area of a city;the influence of centralized charging station and battery replacement point planning quantity and land cost in different regions on planning and site selection is analyzed.Finally,the battery coordinated charging researching of centralized charging stations has been studied to avoid the excessive charging current of the centralized charging stations influencing the distribution system,proposed a integrated power supply system of centralized charging stations including photo-voltaic generating cell and echelon utilizing energy storing device.The deteriorative rule of batteries capacity introduced and the technology of echelon utilizing is analyzed.With the help of the curving method of the maximum battery swapping requirement,this system obtains the battery charging load scales of centralized charging stations in different period.Building an battery coordinated charging optimized model.With the purpose of minimizing the sum cost of the centralized charging stations purchasing power from distributing power system and the penalty cost of distributing power system's load fluctuating,Numerical simulation analysis show the influence of battery charging in different power prices to distributing power system and to battery orderly charging based on photo-voltaic and echelon storing devices,and the influence of echelon utilizing capacity deterioration of storing devices to battery orderly charging is analyzed.
