A Study On The Aviation Logistics Service Quality Improvement Of China DF Airline Corporation

As the rapid development of economy and Internet,E-commerce is growing fast.As an important purchasing way,On-line shopping makes logistics industry increasing fast.For the character of fast,aviation logistics get more and more attention and grow fast.As the competition goes fiercer,aviation logistics firms are facing more and more challenge.In the competition,only high quality of service can make aviation logistics firms survive.China DF Aviation Corporation is one of the earliest aviation logistics service providers.However,there are many problems on logistics service.Through focusing on logistics service quality,this paper provide some suggestions for China DF Aviation Corporation to improve their aviation logistics service quality.From the perspective of service quality management theory,taking China DF Aviation Corporation as the research object,this paper studies the aviation logistics service quality problems.Firstly,service quality theory is reviewed.Second,The reasons of the problems of service quality are analyzed.Finally,based on the theory and the method of service quality management,service quality improvement methods are proposed from technical quality,occupation quality,and image quality aspects.Considering China DF Aviation Corporation's practice,this paper emphasize on the improvement of technology quality.Through the research,this paper can not only improve the service quality management level of China DF Aviation Corporation,but also hope to provide methods to improve the logistics service quality for other similar enterprises,which can finally improve the whole service quality of logistics industry.
