Before the people use the DC motor has been brush DC motor,this motor using commutator to achieve the reverse of the rotor current,so that the DC motor can continue to clockwise and counterclockwise rotation.In the physical structure is easy to achieve,but the disadvantage of this structure is that commutator and rotor friction between the larger,often spark generation,and noise.Later,people studied a new type of DC motor brushless DC motor(BLDC).BLDC uses electronic circuits to achieve commutation,to avoid the physical friction,to avoid the friction caused by the external circuit caused by interference.BLDC uses electronic commutation,little need to maintain,or even need to maintain.BLDC generally use MOSFET or IGBT as a commutation switch,and the moment of change with strict requirements.So BLDC in the control of more complex,mainly reflected in the software programming than other motor requirements higher.BLDC drive circuit design is more complex than other motors,but also lead to brushless DC motor in today's society has not yet widely applied,but BLDC has a wide range of applications,to be developed and research.In this paper,BLDC is used as the research object to study and design the BLDC drive circuit.With NI-LabVIEW as the development environment,the BLDC control system can be realized by using LabVIEW PID and fuzzy control logic toolkit.Designed to provide new solutions for BLDC control and speed control.
