The VMS is a kind of intelligent monitoring system which is applied to record and process a set of important parameters of ship navigation,which can be used to collect,classify,and process various signals derived from radar,sonar,navigation,electric power system and communication system,etc.The 24 V DC power supply applied to the warship is an indispensable part of the VMS,which has an important influence on its safe and stable operation.With the more and more complex system structure and operation mode of the new VMS,the higher requirements for the robustness,reliability and the EMC of DC power supply are put forward.To meet the demand of power supply for new type of VMS,this thesis has studied the new topology,digital control methods and EMC characteristics of full bridge converter in view of the problems of DC power supply for active warship's VMS,and A phase shifted full bridge ZVS double current rectifier converter based on TM320F28335 is designed.Firstly,this thesis describes the development process of switching power supply,and introduces the the current situation and development trend of the full bridge converter and the EMC of the switching power supply.Secondly,the whole designing plan of the DC power supply is proposed,and the isolation type full bridge rectifier converter topology is selected as the main circuit structure according to the power technical index.The schematic diagram of the main circuit,control circuit,sampling isolation circuit and auxiliary power supply is completed,and the rationality of the structure and parameters of the circuit is verified by the time domain simulation in saber.Thirdly,the software design of digital controller based on TM320F28335 is researched,and the procedure's compiling and debugging of ePWM configuration,ADC interrupt,digital filter and fuzzy PID controller are completed on the CCS6.0.Fifth,starting with three elements of EMI,the coupling path of main circuit conducted interference and the high-frequency modeling method based on impedance characteristics are discussed,and the frequency domain characteristics of the conducted interference of the high-frequency model of the main circuit are simulated in Saber,and at the same time,the basic principle of electromagnetic radiation of PCB is introduced,the EMC analyzing with high-frequency interference in PCB is discussed by Ansoft Designer.Finally,the PCB design and hardware production are completed base on the EMC analysis,and the experimental platform is set up to test theperformance of the power supply prototype,and the typical problems encountered during the experiment and the corresponding solutions were arranged.The experimental results show that the improved DC power supply has reached the expected design index.In the software design process of the digital controller,the FuzzyPid regulator based on TM320F28335 is used to improve the system performance in dynamic adjustment effectively.In the conducted interference simulation of the main circuit,the suppression effect of the CM and DM at ZVS condition is analyzed in the10kHz-10 MHz band,which provides the reference for the further improvement of the EMC design.In the design stage,the near-field radiation energy distribution of PCB can be obtained based on field simulation analysis,which helps to guide the optimization of PCB layout and improve the PCB's EMC.
