There are many magnetic components in the topology of combined type LLC resonant converters,which greatly increase the volume of the converters and reduce the conversion efficiency.This paper starts with the working principle of the converter,designs the reasonable magnetic integration structure and obtains the advantages of the new magnetic integration structure through simulation analysis and experimental verification,and then applies it to the converter to achieve a higher power density.The purpose of and improve the efficiency of transformation.This paper focuses on the magnetic integration technology of combined type LLC resonant converter.First,a new integrated magnetic component structure(?Wang? magnetic integrated inductor)is proposed,magnetic circuit model is established,and the ANSYS electromagnetic simulation software is used for theoretical analysis,it is compared with the same volume EI integrated inductor and EI discrete inductor.Then three kinds of inductors are applied to the actual circuit,it is proved by experiments that the ?Wang? structure has the advantages of large inductance factor,uniform magnetic flux density distribution and low magnetic loss compared with the EI structure.Secondly,the working waveform and mode of the bidirectional LLC resonant converter are analyzed in detail through the Saber simulation software,then the electromagnetic design criterion and design method of the integrated magnetic are given.The bidirectional resonant inductor is integrated together with the method of decoupling integration.The design method of ?Wang? decoupling integration resonant inductor are tested and verified.Finally,aiming at the 2-phase resonant inductance of staggered parallel LLC resonant converter,the parameters design method of resonant inductor is given,giving full play to the current sharing characteristics of coupled inductors,the two phases are staggered 180 ° drive.The coupled inductor of ?Wang? is designed and the method of selecting coupling coefficient is given.The prototype of coupling inductor is made and applied to the staggered parallel LLC resonant converter to realize the integration of two phase resonant inductors.
