With the rapid development of science and technology intelligence,the power supply gradually tends to light,small,thin,high gain,low noise,strong anti-interference direction.In medical equipment,military industry,experimental facilities,measuring instruments and other special occasions,CUK converter has been widely used because of its continuous input and output current,flat voltage,simple driving of main switching devices and so on.In order to meet the special environmental requirements of high gain and low ripple,a magnetically integrated combined CUK converter is proposed.The topology doubles the voltage gain of the converter by adding a three-terminal network,At the same time,three inductors in the converter are integrated into two kinds of magnetic methods.In the new energy photovoltaic power generation system,high gain DC converter is needed to meet the voltage requirements of the next stage inverter and DC bus,switching inductor /capacitor(LCD)is used to replace the input inductance of combined CUK converter to increase the voltage gain of the converter to 4 times in this paper,and three kinds of magnetic integration methods are carried out for the four inductors in the topology.Through modal theory analysis and performance summary of combined CUK converters applied in two working environments are carried out.The voltage gain of the two new combined CUK converters proposed in this paper is significantly higher than that of the traditional CUK converter.After inductor magnetic integration,the inductance current ripples can be significantly reduced,and even the zero ripples in theory can be reached.At the same time,the voltage stress of each switching device is obviously reduced,and the damage degree of the components is reduced.The simulation software PSIM shows that the two converters have low ripples,high power density and high efficiency.The design criterion of reducing the coupling degree of current ripple magnetic integrated inductor is analyzed,and the best magnetic integration scheme is selected,The magnetic field of the magnetic parts is analyzed by Ansoft Maxwell 16.The time average equivalent circuit modeling method is used to improve the stability of the system.Finally,the correctness of the good electrical performance in the theoretical analysis is verified by experiments.There are 63 graphs,3 tables and 52 references in this paper.
