Safety is the lifeline of railway transportation as well as the eternal theme of transportation production.The safety of railway transportation not only affects the development of the enterprise itself,but also has a great impact on the country and people.In the electrified railway,the contact and good contact of pantograph type current collector is prerequisite to ensure the security of electric locomotive running,and the contact of pantograph system is under the condition of current-carrying frictional contact.Therefore it is necessary to deeply study the frictional contact.This paper,by means of the self-developed sliding electric contact experiment machine,taking the current-carrying friction pair consisting of dipped metallic carbon sliding plate and pure copper wire as the object,carries out the sliding friction of pantograph net under different working conditions(pressure fluctuation amplitude,pressure fluctuation frequency,contact current and sliding speed).The study shows that the sliding friction force of pantograph decreases with the increase of contact current.The sliding friction force of pantograph increases with the increase of pressure fluctuation and sliding speed.The influence of pressure wave frequency on the friction force of pantograph net is very small.Based on the basic idea of curve estimation,the researcher optimizes the single factor mathematical model which can express the influence of pressure fluctuation amplitude,contact current and sliding velocity on the sliding friction force of pantograph bow net.On the basis of this,the model of friction force under pressure fluctuating load and current is established through multiple regression method and the validity of the model is tested,which can provide theory and reference for contact design of contact net and electric bow in electrified railway.
