The good contact between pantograph and catenary is the key to ensure the safe and reliable operation of electric locomotives,and the dynamic contact force between pantograph and catenary is the token of the contact state of pantograph-catenary.The wear characteristics of the pantograph slide not only affect the flow quality between the pantograph and the pantograph,but also directly affect the service life of the skateboard.Therefore,studying the current carrying wear behavior of pantograph slide and the evolution rule of the microstructure of the worn surface are the key to improve the wear resistance of the slide plate material under different humid conditions.In order to study the influence of different humidity conditions on the wear of pantograph slide,using the pantograph arc electromagnetic noise experiment platform,Carried out the experiment of current carrying wear under humidity conditions,the current carrying wear characteristics of copper soaked carbon slide plate and the surface micromorphology of the slide plate are analyzed under different humidity conditions.we can draw the following conclusions: there is an optimum humidity content of the pantograph and catenary system,to reduce the wear of the slide plate and the generation of the arc,when the humidity is lower or more than the optimum humidity,increasing arc,increasing temperature and increasing wear.With the increase of humidity,the wear of the slide plate shows the changing trend of U font.At the same time,the change of wear mechanism under four damp conditions is: arc erosion wear is accompanied by slight mechanical wear,mechanical wear and arc erosion wear.Under normal conditions,slight mechanical wear to heavy mechanical wear accompanied minor arc erosion,and finally changed to coexistence of mechanical wear and arc erosion,and the arc erosion marks on the surface of the slide plate are mainly related to the shape of the arc at this time.These conclusions provide a basis for the study of the wear of the pantograph and catenary under special conditions.
