The super high-rise buildings with height over 100 meters are the product of the need of social and economic development and the demand of high-quality life of human beings,and the result of urban modernization.The rise of super high-rise buildings not only symbolizes the sustainable development of social economy,but also changes the urban landscape of our country.The chimney effect of super high-rise buildings is strong,and there are many problems such as large air infiltration,uneven heat and cold in winter,and obstacles to opening and closing doors.In-depth study of the influence of strong chimney effect on building heating and air conditioning is of great significance to determine the design rules of HVAC system for super high-rise buildings.The main contents and results of this paper are as follows:1)The particularity analysis of HVAC system design for super high-rise buildings.This paper analyses the characteristics of heating/air conditioning load in super high-rise buildings and the influence of air flow in buildings,combs out the problems faced by the design of heating and ventilation systems in super high-rise buildings,and puts forward solutions including "pressure zoning method of air conditioning system" and "key points of smoke control and exhaust design in super high-rise buildings".2)Design of HVAC system for super high-rise buildings.According to the characteristics of heating/air conditioning load and the influence law of air flow in super high-rise buildings,the design methods and key points of system partition,heating and air conditioning system form and cold source form are studied and put forward.This achievement has been used in the engineering design and construction of Beijing lizze SOHO project.3)Energy consumption of HVAC system for super high-rise buildings.By studying the energy consumption characteristics of HVAC system in super high-rise buildings,energy-saving measures suitable for super high-rise buildings are put forward,such as "utilizing atrium space to play the role of lighting and ventilation","setting breathing glass curtain wall system to cope with severe wind pressure and safety challenges outside buildings".This achievement has been used in the engineering design of Jinan Tidal Science Park project.The first phase has been put into use and the second phase is under construction.4)Design of smoke control system for super high-rise buildings.This paper analyses the necessity of reasonably designing the smoke control and exhaust system of super high-rise buildings,puts forward the design principles of reasonably setting up the vertical smoke exhaust passage of super high-rise buildings,carrying out the fire prevention between pipelines and blocking the possible horizontal smoke flow,and puts forward that attention should be paid to setting up the detector of the vertical shaft to control the possible Stack effect.Smoke should flow away.This achievement has been used in the engineering design and construction of Beijing Lize Soho project.
