In recent ten years,China’s urbanization process has been significantly accelerated,and the management level of building equipment has been improved.The contents in the original atlas "Design and installation of Automation System for Building " can no longer meet the needs of users.Therefore,I participated in the revision and compilation of the atlas,and its name was changed to "Design and installation of management system for building ".The revision mainly supplements and modifies the monitoring principles and functions of three subsystems under the BMS-Building Management System--BAS-Building Automation System,SAS-Safety and protection System and FAS-Fire Alarm System.The above is the main content of this paper.First of all,through the research and communication with several weak current company,in-depth understanding and mastery of the latest on the market at present the technology level of Building Management System(BMS),on this basis,through access to a large number of domestic and foreign technical journal books,in order to get the latest Building Management System(BMS)both at home and abroad related development status and the latest research progress,combining theory and practice,as the prerequisite of the atlas of the revision of the condition,to determine which system figure concentrated monitoring principle and the function needs to adjust and modify greatly,which added system only needs to be done.Secondly,in view of the Building Management System(BMS)the concept of traditional sense,namely,Building Automation System(BAS)in the six subsystems(respectively,feed water System monitoring,drainage and sewage treatment System monitoring,Building hot water supply control System monitoring,elevator and escalator systems monitoring,power supply and distribution System monitoring equipment,lighting System monitoring),from the classification of each subsystem composition,function and management requirements and the monitoring principle and analysis,and so on,with excellent pictures and texts,intensive exploration and analysis,the corresponding part of complementary and modification;Again for Building Management System(BMS),the concept of generalized,namely,Building Automation System(BAS)of the two systems,other than Safety and protection System(SAS),respectively(including intrusion alarm system,video monitoring systems,access control system,petrol system,parking management system five subsystems)and automatic Fire Alarm System(FAS)(including automatic alarm system,fire emergency broadcasting system,direct intercom system,elevator monitoring control system,the leakage fire alarm system,fire door control system,remote monitoring system of urban fire seven subsystems).From each subsystem classification composition,function and management requirements,monitoring principle and analysis and other aspects of in-depth exploration and analysis,the corresponding parts to supplement and modify.Finally,taking the actual project of a hotel in shandong province as an example,the weak current construction drawing fully reflects the monitoring principle and function of the latest Building Management System(BMS)after supplement and modification,and more intuitively explains the perfect application of the three systems in the actual project.It can be said that the writing of the paper and the "design and installation of building equipment management system" national standard atlas editing content is synchronized.The significance of this paper lies in that the final drawing,table and text in the paper can serve as the basis and reference for the compilation of atlas,and play a great auxiliary role in the compilation of atlas.
