Energy shortage is an important issue facing all countries in the world,According to the data,China's energy efficiency is relatively low,Only about 32%,It takes 2.5 times as much energy to produce a million dollars of GDP as it does in the United States, five times as much in Europe, and nine times as much in Japan.Whether we can effectively improve energy efficiency and achieve reasonable energy conservation is the basis for realizing the sustainable development goal of our country. In China's energy consumption statistics, building energy consumption accounts for about one-third of the energy consumption, ranking first in China's energy consumption.Among them, electrical energy consumption accounts for the vast majority, while in the construction industry, residential buildings occupy a large proportion,so It is extremely important to do a good job in building electrical energy conservation, especially in the electrical energy saving of residential buildings. This paper analyzes the current status of electrical energy conservation in residential buildings and finds that most of them have the following problems:1.In the calculation of resident load, the value of the required coefficient is not accurate enough, which directly leads to the selection of the transformer capacity of the residential area is too large, the load rate is low,and a large amount of unnecessary energy loss is generated;2.The transformer loss of the cell is too high,The reason is often because in the design, the characteristics of the cell are not taken into account in the operation mode and quantity selection of the transformer,so that the selected transformer cannot be completely matched with the cell load;3.For the cell transmission cable, most of the selection is based on the heating condition.Model, although this option avoids energy loss due to excessive heating of the cable, the loss due to line resistance still exists in large quantities;4,the design of many lighting systems simply considers the initial investment cost, does not use reasonable lighting energy-saving measures, and even uses low-cost non-energy-saving lamps to reduce investment. These problems have produced a large amount of unnecessary energy loss with the completion of each residential building. Therefore, this paper studies the above problems and through experimental calculations, mainly achieves the following research results:(1)In the traditional design, the load calculation of the residents can not meet the actual demand. The unreasonable selection of the demand coefficient in the load calculation leads to the loss of the design scheme. After analysis, the correction coefficient is determined according to the influence condition of the required coefficient, and the value of the required coefficient is rationalized.(2)Explain the diversity of the transformer's own loss and the complexity of its loss.Through analysis,it is determined that the energy loss of the transformer is reduced from three aspects: selecting a new transformer, reasonably increasing the load ratio, and selecting a reasonable operation mode.(3)Correct and reasonable selection of the cross-sectional area of the low-voltage cable is an important measure to reduce the loss of low-voltage cables.Through analyticalcalculations,It is the best choice to add a number of cables based on the selected cable type based on the heating conditions.(4)Through the analysis and calculation of the actual project lighting system,it is concluded that the energy-saving scheme using energy-saving lamps and adopting the intelligent control system has significant economic benefits, which is very feasible and popular.
