| In 2015,the output of domestic garbage in cities and counties reached 255 million tons,and the pollution-free disposal rate reached 90.2%.The output of rural household garbage was 110 million tons,and the rate of harmless disposal was only 36 percent.With social progress and economic development,especially the continuous improvement of rural urbanization rate,the annual growth of household garbage is about 8%.With the continuous increase of the amount of garbage in rural areas,the demand for garbage collection vehicles is growing rapidly.In 2016,17,528 units of dump trucks were sold nationwide,of which 12,442 were light vehicles,taking the mainstream position.In the first 10 years of 2016,the enterprise share of light-duty dump trucks was only 51.9%,and the overall market share was declining.Beiqi foton,with the highest sales volume,accounted for only 11.3 percent,and only two companies reached more than 10 percent.It shows that the market concentration of light-duty dump trucks is low at present,and there is no scale effect.At the same time,the technology content of light-duty truck dump trucks is low,the market level is poor,and there is great potential to be dug.In this paper,a dump truck with two tons of carriages is selected as the object of study.Through market research on such models,it is found that the market demand for dump trucks with two tons of carriages is still large.The market research also found many problems in the existing industry products:the parts of the hook arm have the problem of mechanical deformation failure,and some parts are over-designed;The lifting lug of oil cylinder is easy to be torn.The design process needs attention and optimization.According to the requirements of the product and the problems of product improvement,this paper first selected the second-class chassis and the overall design of the top structure of the two-ton dump trucks,focusing on the key parts in the design.According to the working order and using requirements of the vehicle,the hydraulic system of the vehicle was then designed,mainly from the preliminary scheme design of the hydraulic system,detailed parameter calculation of the hydraulic system,hydraulic component selection,hydraulic system performance check and other aspects.Design is completed,the carriage detachable type garbage truck core movement part hook model import dynamics analysis software ADMAS,add motion pair and driving dynamic analysis of the motion simulation,draw hook arm movement stress data,analysis the hook arm to the maximum stress point,at the beginning of the movement and the most strong import statics analysis software ANSYS for finite element simulation analysis.The finite element analysis shows that the maximum stress of the hook arm and the overturning frame is within the allowable stress range,and there is no obvious excess strength,which meets the design requirements.The strength of the lifting lug of the auxiliary frame oil cylinder is relatively weak,and the lifting lug of the auxiliary frame oil cylinder is strengthened according to the analysis results,which finally meets the design requirements.Through the simulation and analysis optimization of the product,the structure of the product was optimized,the strength and function of the product were guaranteed,the cost of the product was reduced,and the technical level of the product was improved.Finally,the rationality of the theoretical analysis is verified through the production and experiment of the product prototype.Through the development and optimization of products,this paper improved the problems of products,improved the overall technical level of products,promoted the development of the industry,and achieved good social and economic benefits. |
