Research on the infrared radiation characteristics of aircraft plays an important role in the field of national defense.Dueto the highcost of measuring the aircraft by using an infrared thermal imaging camera,at present,the method of modeling and calculation of the aircraft is generally used to study the characteristics of infrared radiation.Based on this,this paper establishes the infrared radiation model of the aircraft to study the infrared radiation characteristics of the aircraft,and focuses on how to deal with the tail flame shielded by aircraft.First,a theoretical modelestablished with the original data of the tail flame flow field calculated by using computer fluid dynamics software.Rawdata is sorted,interpolated and segmented to obtain the wake field data which is used to complete the establishment of the tail flame numerical simulation model.For the skin infrared radiation model,the three-dimensional rendering of the skin model is performed by a rendering engineaccording to the skin temperature distribution data.Second,due to the fact that the aircraft obstructs the tail flame when the aircraft and the detector are at a certain angle,this paper uses the three-dimensional rendering technology to obtain the projection image of the skin model in any viewing direction.Then,the parameters such as viewport size and attitude angle of the tprojection image and tail-flame numerical simulation model are processed in a unified manner used for follow-up studies.At last,the aircraft infrared radiation calculations are observed in the direction of observation.Firstly,we obtainthe radiation brightness of the skin is by decoding the color of the skin model to calculate the radiation intensity.Secondly,we use the C-G band model to solve the radiation propagation equation in order to obtain the radiation distribution of the tail flame in any viewing direction,and calculate the radiant intensity of the plume after judging whether the tail flame is occluded according to the intersection of the line of sight and the target.Finally,we superimpose the radiation intensity of skin and tail flame to calculate the infrared radiation of the aircraft.
