Study On The Progress Control Of The Renovation Project Of BaiTao Line#1-#38

Electric power,as a basic industry and an important field related to national economic and social benefits,plays an important role in promoting regional economic development and maintaining social stability.With the progress of national economy and society,the construction of power grid is also developing rapidly,and there are many projects of infrastructure construction,technical renovation and maintenance every year.At the same time,with the development of science and technology,the progress of society and the continuous deepening of power system reform,it is necessary for the power industry to constantly improve the reliability of power supply and enhance the service level,and how to carry out project management flexibly,efficiently and orderly has become a hot issue in the industry.Progress control is one of the key objectives of project management.It is also the core task of project management to achieve the expected goal through scientific and reasonable project progress control.The quality of progress control directly determines the quality of project implementation and the efficiency of project implementation.This paper takes the project of "renovation of 110kv BaiTao line#1-#38" as the research object,studies the control method of project progress by applying the project progress management knowledge,and analyzes the main problems existing in the current progress management of power line transformation project.In the renovation project of BaiTao line#1-#38,the author made a bold attempt to reasonably decompose the engineering task by applying modern project management methods such as WBS decomposition structure and project software,formulated the project schedule plan,found out the key points affecting the project schedule and specified each control standard.Regularly collect project progress information,compare actual progress with planned progress,and make timely adjustment.In view of the problems existing in the progress control of the project,specific Suggestions and corrective measures were put forward to ensure the completion of the project on schedule,and the goal of progress control was finally achieved.The successful completion of the transmission line transformation project of BaiTao line#1-#38 has achieved a win-win social and economic benefit,reduced the outage time of the system,reduced the pressure of line protection,and built a quality project.This paper provides a reference and reference ’for the implementation of the ongoing "Coal to Electricity" project and the main network reconstruction project,and has certain theoretical and practical significance for the engineering project management of the company.
