Project schedule management is an important content in project management since it directly correlates to economic benefit of engineering project development units and enterprises,especially in the road construction and development.This article firstly reviews international and domestic literature on project management and project schedule management,and extracts the main content of the project schedule management,methods,tools and techniques.Secondly,a brief introduction to schedule management of a quick reconstruction engineering project of S City C Route is carried out,including its setting background,project management organization and responsibilities,and project construction plan.Thirdly,core principles of the project is clearly defined.Based on actual situation and overall construction schedule of quick reconstruction engineering project of S City C Route,a scientific technical method is applied to control the project schedule progress,to determine the important node of the project,work relationship between projects,job duration,and responsibility of each project.On this basis,draw out the project Gantt chart,critical path and crossing chart to determine project key circuit.On a basis of the logic relationship and time limit for a project budget,the project construction plan is established and the optimization plan is also given out.A control plan of quick reconstruction engineering project of S City C Route is made through a scientific project and control theory and method.According to the characteristics of this case,a project of guarantee system including of organization guarantee,resource guarantee,technical guarantee,measures and the system guarantee,economic guarantee.The responsibilities and working processes of each part is determined to ensure a smooth implementation of the overall project.Via analysis,the main factors that affect the project schedule including policy change,climate change,shortage of funds,enterprise internal changes,etc,so it is necessary to formulate control measures in advance,in order to avoid the delays caused by insufficient contingency plans.In addition,the project guarantee system is a necessary measure to ensure the successful development of quick reconstruction engineering project of S City C Route.This article forms the project guarantee system from the perspective of organization,resources,safety,comprehensive adjustment.And it also proposed response measurement for the possibility of project postponement.The results of this study shows that using scientific project schedule management of project implementation of the project schedule,project progress control,and security of the project schedule,ean all-around supervise and eontrol the project progress,and also obtain good effect.Therefore,on the basis of improving the shortcomings of this paper,we hope that this study can provide a reference for similar project schedule management both theoretically and practically.
