Upgrading the production line, has become a bottleneck in the development of the iron and steel enterprises in China. How to use project management ideas and technology to solve the defects of the original design, in order to increase production, expand the variety and improve accuracy, improve the degree of automation is a subject worthy of further study.SG galvanized production line with the debug operation of the equipment, two units, the exit section of the original design without tension take-up, resulting in strip production process and support the issue of title of the table friction and resilience to stand out.
