Research On Quality Control Of Residential Buildings Based On BIM

In recent years,with the rapid economic development in China,the investment proportion of real estate industry has gradually increased,and the demand for construction quality management has been increasing.As a breakthrough point in the development of the construction industry,BIM technology has been used more and more in the quality management of construction projects with its characteristics of coordination,optimization and visibility.As a part of the construction industry,residential building occupies a large proportion.Combining with the engineering characteristics and construction technology of residential building,the BIM technology quality management scheme is helpful to improve the quality management level of residential building,thus promoting the quality of residential building.Based on the research status of BIM technology and residential construction project quality control at home and abroad,this paper discusses the significance of BIM in residential construction quality management,summarizes the research experience and determines the specific process of research work,and formulates the relevant research route.By summarizing the theory of BIM technology and engineering quality management,this paper analyzes the characteristics of BIM,in order to better grasp the relationship between BIM technology and housing engineering quality.The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)By starting from the actual project,this paper studies the application of BIM in residential construction projects.This paper summarizes the characteristics,connotation and application status of BIM,fully understands the contents of BIM technical work and the advantages of BIM in residential construction.(2)By discussing the project quality,the project management content,the related influencing factors and the key management points,this paper grasps the characteristics of the construction project management,so as to distinguish the difference between the BIM technology project quality management and the traditional construction project quality management.Then the construction quality management system based on BIM technology is analyzed from four aspects:quality,influence,bright spot and thinking.(3)By summarizing the application of BIM in engineering technology,this paper analyzes and summarizes the related cases,puts forward the problems in residential construction management based on BIM technology,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.In order to provide feasible suggestions for the application of BIM technology in residential construction project management,and provide reliable and useful guidance for the future application of BIM technology in residential project quality control.
