| Residential is a necessity for human existence. In recent years, people's demands for improving residential condition have being increasing continuously, and the residential construction has been developed unprecedentedly. The quality issue of residential project has become a hot topic of the community, which is closely related to people's life. Wenchuan and Yushu Earthquake destroyed many buildings, and therefore the residential quality has gained people's more attention, of which the importance is self-evident. Construction is the decisive link which determines the project quality most directly and implements it practically, thus, it is particularly important to strengthen the quality management control of residential project construction.Based on the systems analysis, this paper compares domestic and foreign quality management situation of residential project firstly, and then makes theoretical research about the quality management of residential project, quality control and quality assurance system and so on. This paper also discusses the quality management of residential project construction and other common methods of quality management; it analyzes the content, methods and tools of quality control, and summarizes key points of construction quality control; through the analysis of quality assurance of residential project construction, it puts forward such measures of quality assurance of residential project construction; through applying the basic knowledge of the fuzzy math to the quality management of the residential project construction, we build the fuzzy evaluation mathematical model of the residential project quality management to make a comprehensive judgment for the project quality. Finally, the scientificity and feasibility of the theoretical research of this paper is proved through the successful implementation of the construction quality management of the Jinan Weijiazhuang Wanda Square Residential District (phase-I project).
