Researching On Residential Engineering Construction Quality Management And Control

Housing project is the necessities of the human survival and development. Inrecent years, With Chinese rapid growth of the national economy and the stablesociety development, people have further conditions on living conditions andenvironment. With Chinese property privatization, Strengthen people to concern aboutengineering quality problems. Gradually, housing project quality become people andsociety attention focus. Housing projects quality not only influence the nationaleconomy development, but also directly relate to personal safety and property security.However,2008Wenchuan earthquake and2011Wanke floor quality problems, letpeople pay more attention to the residential project quality. So it has practicalsignificance on studying the engineering quality. Work process is considered as theforming process of the project quality, it effect on the housing projects finally. So weshould strengthen the residential project construction process quality control andmanagement.Based on the study of the residential project quality management and control ofthe present situation. This thesis article is discussed and studied the housing projectand construction quality control management, as well as the guarantee system theory.First, define the residential construction quality, the content of the management andengineering quality management theory, principles, tools, methods, etc. second, studythe quality of the method and the content of the management development, etc.; Onthis basis, this article study on the characteristics of the current residential project, anddiscusses the construction of residential process quality management and controltheory.Finally, this paper put the quality construction of the control theory into the paper andapply in "a tianjin residential first-stage project " practical in the quality control,through the successful implementation of this paper proved the scientific theory andfeasibility.
