At present,the central air-conditioning has been widely used in daily life and work,and the central air-conditioning relies on circulating water system for heat exchange,to achieves functions such as refrigeration,heating,and humidity regulation.In order to prevent the scaling in the circulating water from agglomerating,which leads to the decrease of thermal conductivity of equipment and the corrosion of pipelines by microorganisms,it is necessary to treat the circulating water regularly.At present,the main technology of circulating water treatment in domestic market is regularly adding chemical agents to remove scale and sterilize.Although the effect of scale removal and sterilize is good,there are many shortcomings such as large workload,poor equipment maintenance environment and large amount of wastewater discharge.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of manual mechanical descaling,chemical descaling technology and physical descaling technology are analyzed.The fouling components in the central air conditioning circulation system and the formation mechanism of scale are studied,and the electromagnetic field descaling and anti-scaling technology is selected as the main research object.The overall scheme of high-frequency electromagnetic field descaling and anti-scaling experiment is designed by the principle of electromagnetic field descaling and anti-scaling.The high-frequency electromagnetic field descaling and anti-scaling experiment platform is designed and fabricated,which mainly includes the experimental platform,the mechanical system,the water circulation system,the electromagnetic field device and the detection system.Moreover,the high frequency signal generator which is the core component of the electromagnetic field device is designed and simulated,and its frequency and voltage amplitude are adjustable.Multisim software is used for simulation analysis to improve the efficiency of the design circuit processin the process of designing high-frequency signal generator.Through the construction of the high-frequency electromagnetic field descaling anti-scaling test bench and the configured aqueous solution,multiple tests are carried out to verify the high-frequency electromagnetic field can perform scale inhibition and descaling,and the effective pulse frequency parameters of high frequency electromagnetic field for scale inhibition and scale removal are obtained by analyzing the data collected during the experiment.At the same time,in view of the disadvantages such as high labor intensity and longmaintenance time of the metal descaling filter cylinder of the existing electric field descaling equipment in the market,the design and development of the auxiliary descaling and assembling mechanism of the filter cylinder for the electric field descaling equipment reduce the maintenance labor intensity of the equipment,shorten the maintenance time and provide maintenance efficiency.
