Now, along with the rapid development of industry, pipe wall scaling has become one of the serious problems that restricts industrial production. Due to time-consuming, strenuosity, pollution, difficult to remove, the traditional manual cleaning method can not meet people’s requirements. Therefore, developing a high-effective, non-pollution and free removal descaling method becomes extremely urgent. The high-power broadband industrial frequency descaling apparatus this paper referred is an equipment that uses electromagnetism theory to antiscale and descale industrial pipe. Through continuous development, electromagnetic descaling technology has become an advanced descaling technology. Compared with traditional manual descaling method, it has advantages of easy to operation,non-pollution and online work. With great development prospect, electromagnetic descaling technology will be applied into industrial pipe descaling instead of traditional descaling method.Electromagnetic descaling principle is divided into two aspects. On the one hand, hydrone will produce resonance under the appropriate frequency electromagnetic field. When the energy level of vibration is larger than the bond energy of hydrogen bond, the hydrogen bond will be broken, thus modify molecular structure and increase solubility of scaling crystal particle that force incrustation difficult to separate out. On the other hand, the changed electromagnetic field will modify the crystal particle of structure materials that force them not easy to wash away.The features of this paper’s descaling apparatus are: first, wide range of electromagnetic field sweep frequency. It can be reciprocated within the range of 1KHz~35KHz and there must be one frequency that cause the hydrone produce resonance and lead to hydrogen bond broken. Second large power and adjustable: the current in the coil can be adjusted within the range of 0A ~ 15 A that can modify the electromagnetic field strength in the pipes, which is conducive to antiscale and descale.Main research contents are:(1) Take the minimum system of chip STM32F103VET6 which uses ARM Cortex-M3 as the core as the control signal circuit and realize the sweep frequency signal output, power regulation and LCD display function through programming.(2) Design and make high-power switching power supply.(3) Design and make reasonable power amplifier and driver circuit.(4) Debug each part of circuit and then test the whole system as well as test the operating parameters and degree of stability under different power and the descaling effect of the pipeline in the laboratory.
