PV grid-tied controller is an important component of the photovoltaic power generation industry.The traditional PV grid-tied controller controls the automatic control of the solar battery array over the battery and the load power supply of the battery for the solar inverter.With a high-speed CPU and high-precision A/D,the PV controller is a data acquisition and detection system.The traditional PV grid-tied controller is independently arranged,so it poses difficulties for supervision and maintenance.The grid-tied controller of the intelligent photovoltaic power generation system adopts the Internet of Things technology,connecting each PV grid-tied node through the network,and monitoring the photovoltaic terminals with the network.This topic studies the current status of new energy and photovoltaic power generation industries at home and abroad.Researches are conducted on the basic composition and basic principles of the photovoltaic system,particularly on the characteristics of solar cell,the characteristics of batteries,and the configuration of the photovoltaic system.Furthermore,the issue of energy development in the future around the world is analyzed.For the schemes and shortcomings of photovoltaic controllers on the current market,the Internet of Things is applied to realize remote monitoring and control of intelligent controllers;In this paper,the MPPT control strategy and implementation in inverter design are studied.In the aspect of system controller,the philosophy of TMSS real-time operating system is taken as the overall framework of the whole software system,and the SBI file system fit for the real-time operating system is studied in the offline cloud operation process.The intelligent photovoltaic power generation grid-tied controller realizes cloud connection.The MPPT optimal implementation meets the expected value.The TMSS real-time operating system and the SBI file system run steadily and are easy to call.The operation status of each device can be monitored on the cloud device,and the fault can be timely eliminated once detected.
