With continuously strengthening tendency of global economic integration,and rapidly developing the computer technology and the Internet,every walk of life is facing unprecedented challenge.On account of variety and individuation of customers' demands,machinery manufacturing enterprises change mass production mode into the production mode of multi-variety and small batch gradually.Therefore,machinery manufacturing enterprises must adapt to the existing social environment rapidly under intense competition.As an important process of enterprise production and operation management,purchasing management plays an important role in transforming company production mode.In order to meet the requirements of company production and operation,purchasing management must be changed following change of production mode.At present,NC Company is changing mass production mode into the production mode of multi-variety and small batch.In order to be adapted to the existing production mode of company,how to optimize purchasing management is one of the important problems of NC Company.On basis of understanding related theoretical knowledge of supply chain management,purchasing management,supplier management,production management of multi-variety and small batch after studying,and in combination with practical work,I analyze the existing problems of purchasing management of NC Company deeply,and define problems needed to be solved in this article.With the development of the Internet and new production mode,I put forward specific strategy system of purchasing optimization,which is adapted to current situation of company.In this article,optimization strategies include building suppliers management platform to realize information sharing with suppliers and suppliers performance management,organizational structure optimization of company and purchasing department,construction of lean thinking among staff,purchasing methods transformation,purchasing and inventory management.In this article,while stating the research contents,I explain the importance of purchasing management optimization in the transformation from traditional production mode to production mode of multi-variety and small batch.I hope the research of this topic would be helpful to company management.which has already brought to the leader's attention.Under the present social background,we shall realize that purchasing management is no longer about traditional trading relationship,but strategic cooperation with suppliers and more advanced supply chain management,which is necessity and importance of researching purchasing management optimization.At the end,I point out that the research of purchasing management optimization of NC is still on the initial stage.In the future,NC Company will build supply chain.Through this research,I provide company manager with a kind of new theoretical basis and thinking mode of enterprise management,information construction and research,at the same time,make manager re-understand the role of purchasing management in company,to improve the purchasing management level continuously.
