Research On Supplier Management Improvement Of T Company

Multi-variety and small-batch manufacturing can quickly respond to the changes for customer demand,and being gradually favored by more and more enterprises.However,the production mode puts forward higher requirements for procurement and supply chain management.The performance of production mode under the small batch and multi-variety procurement is mainly shown as four factors,cost,delivery time,quality and supplier cooperation.Enterprises and scholars have become more and more enthusiastic about the research topics such as supply chain management and supplier management.In recent years,more and more enterprises and scholars have been attracted to the research topics of small-scale and multi-variety production methods.Based on the theory of supply chain management,this article mainly analyzes the research on supplier management improvement under the mode of multi-variety and small-batch procurement through out of sorting out,analyzes,summarizes.Furthermore,the analysis of supplier management status for T company and found the problem,especially for the T supplier management performance,I especially on focus to use the fishbone diagram analysis method,and induces not ordered the supplier evaluation system,not strong procurement staff responsibility consciousness and lack of risk management in the supplier reason,and the three categories.On this basis,the author puts forward improvement measures such as perfecting supplier management strategy,reducing procurement difficulty,improving supplier evaluation index system,improving company information system,improving comnunication among members of supply chain,improving incentive and assessment mechanism,and improving quality and assessment standards of procurement personnel.Through a period of improvement and implementation,T Company’s procurement performance has been significantly improved,achieving the desired effects.
