Design And Analysis Of Uzbekistan Electric Locomotive Bogie

In recent years,the domestic locomotive manufacturing industry has continuously improved its technical level and comprehensive strength,and gradually opened the international market.The locomotive designed and manufactured by our country’s locomotive manufacturing industry has been exported to many countries in the world.However,for a long time,due to the political,historical,economic,national conditions,technology and geographical conditions,the railway gauge used in various countries all over the world has been greatly different.The use of the world’s railway gauge can be classified into three groups:the standard,and the narrow gauge rail.The rail gauge used in our country is standard rail.Therefore,if you want to export locomotives to countries with different tracks,you need to produce a matching Bogie Based on the gauge of the exporting country.This article mainly aims at the gauge 1520mm Uzbekistan broad gauge electric locomotive bogie design and analysis.This paper introduces the design idea and technical features of the bogie,the locomotive bogie is HXD3,HXD3C type electric locomotive bogie mature technology as the platform,to use Uzbekistan national railway for design and development.The main work of this paper is as follows:Introduces the background of the topic,the domestic and foreign railway electric locomotive bogie development present situation has carried on the simple understanding,and elaborated the research of Uzbekistan broad gauge high power electric locomotive bogie significance.This paper introduces the requirements and difficulties of the design of Uzbekistan electric locomotive bogie,as well as the components,including the frame,wheelset drive system,suspension system,traction device,foundation brake device,etc..According to the structure of Uzbekistan electric locomotive and its bogie,the dynamic performance of the locomotive is analyzed by using SIMPACK dynamics simulation software.
