| Railway is an important means of transportation used in many countries all over the world for its advantages such as high speed and great conveyance ability, and most importantly high security. And with the rapid development of railway industry in the world and the advancement in rolling stock designing and manufacturing in our country, the export of rolling stocks is increasing. However, a variety of gauge has been existing in the world for a long time, so locomotive transporter bogie must be manufactured and replaced to transport rolling stocks to destination if they are to be exported to countries with different gauge.A transporter bogie is designed for an exported locomotive with gauge of1520mm (200km/h at most). The transporter, with speed of100km/h at most, is not equipped with power-driven system. Given into consideration of the special purpose of transporter bogie and requirement for reducing the cost and time in manufacture, the design of transporter bogie should be taken or modified from parts and components of a locomotive bogie with mature technology if possible.The dynamic model of broad gauge locomotive transporter in different conditions is established using the SIMPACK software, and then the influence of yaw damper parameters to stability, straight and curving performance is analyzed. The results shows that getting rid of yaw damper lead to better performance, also the request for safety of straight and curve negotiation is fulfilled.The primary suspension parameters of the broad gauge locomotive transporter is optimized, through analysis of transporter stability and curve negotiation performance respond to the variation of primary longitudinal and lateral stiffness, and analysis of straight and curve negotiation performance respond to the variation of transporter primary vertical stiffness and primary vertical suspension damping. It is obtained that the transporter adopting the primary suspension system of SS8locomotive ensures a safe running.The safety of broad gauge locomotive transporter passing different railways is validated, by means of analyzing its performance in condition of track torsion irregularity, minor radius reverse horizontal curve and vertical curve, that is safety of running with100km/h on railway in our country is satisfied. |
