| Urban rail transit makes full use of underground space.Compared to other city transportation,it appears to be more reliable because it has a higher speed and a schedule which is much more accurate. Also urban rail transit is relatively safer and hardly influenced by weather.Hence it’s now playing a significant role in urban transportation system.Statistics indicate that it’s time when urban rail transit rapidly expands in China.According to’Statistics and analysis report of Urban rail transit 2017’,there has been 34 cities in China which run more than one urban rail line until 2017,among which Shijiazhuang,Zhuhai,Xiamen and Hefei are recently added.143 urban rail lines which have a mileage up to 5021.7 km are busily operated in 34cities.This also brings much trouble to operating managers of city metro companies, among which safety is of the first importance. So it’s urgent for researchers to focus on finding ways to improve the stability and reliability of urban rail transit operating system.Status shows that current research on the urban rail transit operation system mainly focuses on the fields of safety, risk and cause of accidents, and rarely on its vulnerability. On the basis of combing the general concept of vulnerability in various fields and combining with the characteristics of urban rail transit operation system, this paper puts forward the concept of vulnerability of urban rail transit operation.Under the guidance of Swiss cheese model,This paper analyzes the influencing factors of operational vulnerability from the three subsystems of personnel, equipment and environment, and then constructs the evaluation index system of urban rail transit operation vulnerability, and then uses the theory and method of system analysis to analyze the influencing factors of operational vulnerability.Based on the comprehensive analysis of various evaluation methods, the entropy method and the matter-element analysis theory are used to establish the comprehensive evaluation model of operational vulnerability. Finally, the urban rail transit in Tianjin is taken as an example. |
