Bearing is widely used in aerospace,vehicles,ships and other important fields.It is an important basic part of mechanical equipment.It plays the role of bearing force and transferring motion.It is known as the "joint" of mechanical equipment.At the same time,bearing is one of the most easily damaged parts in mechanical equipment.Therefore,bearing condition monitoring is of great significance to the normal operation of enterprise machinery and equipment.The most important part of bearing condition monitoring is the temperature monitoring of bearings.Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG)is a new type of passive sensor.The importance and availability of FBG are mainly embodied in the fields of FBG sensing,photonics and fiber communication technology,and the research in these fields is becoming more and more popular.Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG)sensing is one of the main directions in the field of sensing.Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG)sensors have many advantages,such as immunity from electromagnetic interference,compact layout and high sensitivity.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Theoretical analysis of FBG and its sensing based on the application of FBG;(2)The bearing model is established by ANSYS finite element analysis method,and the equivalent stress and strain diagrams of the bearing and the temperature field distribution of the bearing's friction heat generation in the inner and outer rings at a certain speed are analyzed.(3)Temperature control of bearings is carried out.The change of central wavelength of FBG under the influence of temperature is experimentally studied.The temperature-wavelength curve of FBG is analyzed by fixing FBG on bearings.The application of FBG in bearing temperature measurement is studied.
