As a key link in the operation of the power system,power switchgear is related to the safety and stability of the entire power grid.During its long-term operation,the dynamic and static contacts of the circuit breaker are prone to aging faults and cause high-temperature secondary disasters.Therefore,accurate and real-time online monitoring of the temperature in the power switchgear is of great significance to the safety of the power grid system.Fiber grating temperature sensing technology has the advantages of anti-electromagnetic interference,intrinsic safety,small size,easy networking,high measurement sensitivity,etc.,which is very suitable for temperature measurement in the complex environment of power switch equipment.This paper has carried out research on online monitoring and simulation of temperature at key locations of power switch equipment based on fiber Bragg grating.The specific research contents include:1.The effects of UV excimer laser output energy,apodization time,and the distance between the fiber and the phase mask on the spectral characteristics of the fiber Bragg grating during the preparation of fiber gratings are experimentally studied,thereby obtain the best craftsmanship for preparing fiber Bragg grating based on phase mask technology..2.Taking a typical KYN28-12 metal armored 10 k V switchgear as the research object,using the Joule heating module of the COMSOL Multiphysics multiphysics coupling software and Auto CAD 3D modeling software,under the rated current value of the switchgear,for the contact resistance Numerical simulation research was carried out on the relationship between the temperature rise of the circuit breaker of the switchgear and the switchgear.The temperature difference between the traditional temperature monitoring point and the contact temperature is analyzed,and the corresponding numerical relationship is given,which provides a theoretical basis for improving the reliability and accuracy of contact temperature monitoring in the switch cabinet.3.Use C++ language to compile the data processing host computer interface.The main functions include parameter setting,real-time display of temperature at each monitoring point of the switchgear,and historical data query.4.The performance test of the fiber grating temperature sensor was carried out,the calibration method of the fiber grating temperature sensor was studied,and the experimental measurement error was systematically analyzed. |
