The Application And Research Of The Construction Technology Of Assembly Steel Frame

In recent years,the construction industry of our country is developing rapidly,the appearance and function of the industrial and civil buildings are becoming more and more diversified.With the progress of the times,the basic problems of housing,clothing,food,housing and transportation have been solved.People begin to focus more on the conservation of resources and the protection for the environment.We are not satisfied with the question on living,so the traditional cast-in-situ concrete structure which is widely used in the construction industry of our country ushered in an opportunity of transformation.The direction of the transformation of the traditional cast-in-situ concrete structure is the prefabricated building,and which is the main form of this writing,the fabricated steel structure.Compared with the traditional building,the fabricated steel structure is more in line with the principles and policies of "four sections and one environmental protection" and the strategic plan of sustainable development carried out by the CPC Central Committee.In a short time,the prefabricated structure is the transition direction of the building structure in the future,and the fabricated steel structure is an important structural type in this transformation direction.The construction mode and construction method of prefabricated steel structure are different from the traditional concrete structure,and the construction mode and construction method are always the important factors that hinder the development of the assembled steel structure.Therefore,the research of design method and construction mode of fabricated steel frame structure has become an interesting research topic in some colleges and universities.In this paper,the construction method of prefabricated steel structure is studied,and the concrete engineering practice is discussed.In this paper,the construction method of steel frame and enclosure structure and the difficulties of installation construction are analyzed by studying the engineering practice of an assembly steel frame factory building project.The research problems include steel frame construction,composite plate construction and the fixing of large equipment.In this paper,the key points and difficulties in the construction of assembled steel structures are systematically expounded,and some of the important and difficult ones are studied and calculated,and the scientific,objective and comprehensive research on the fabricated steel frame structures is carried out.The application of key construction technology in engineering practice is analyzed.It is hoped that the research results willhave instructive practical value of the promotion of the prefabricated industrialization.
