At present,the production mode of China's construction industry is still extensive,and backward technology is still being used on a large scale.Considering the current development of China's construction industry,it is necessary to achieve a fundamental transformation to intensive type.It can guarantee the quality of finished products,optimize the structure,reduce environmental pollution,improve work efficiency and improve the working environment to meet the living needs of residents and the quality of living.Nowadays,the traditional assembled wall uses an external wall for the decorative outer layer,but the installation is complicated and cumbersome,and it is prone to cracking and the like,and does not meet the requirements of industrialization of the building.In the actual decoration process of the building,the connection between the decorative material and the board is not reliable,and the decorative layer of many exterior walls of the building will fall off in a large area,which not only directly affects the aesthetic appearance of the building,but also is prone to personal danger.In order to embark on the road of sustainable industrialization in line with China's national conditions,the development of new fabricated walls and the determination of construction techniques are particularly important.This paper is aimed at a new type of GRC integrated decorative board,which is different from the shrinkage characteristics of single material in the past.It focuses on the study of the shrinkage properties of these two composite materials with different shrinkage properties under different preparation processes and stress analysis on the surface of the GRC exterior decorative effect,relying on the 13 th Five-Year National Key The sub-project in the R&D project "Research on the key technologies for the integrated production and installation of new decorative materials and composite thermal insulation exterior wall panels" completed the following work:(1)The compressive strength and elastic modulus of concrete and GRC standard test blocks at 7 days,14 days,21 days,and 28 days old were tested.(2)Using concrete strain gauge equipment to measure the early shrinkage of each test piece.It is concluded that the constraining effect of the composite material will cause the material to be hindered during the deformation.The internal force generated by the deformation of the composite will cause the composite specimen to reach the material after the free shrinkage specimen.The paper focused on the shrinkage performance of GRC integrated decorative wallboard under the process of laying steel wire mesh and different interface disposal methods.It is concluded that the introduction of wire mesh technology under the bare joint interface treatment method is more favorable for the early shrinkage of composite test pieces,and it is less prone to crack and more social benefits.(3)According to the equivalent temperature difference method,the finite element analysis of the shrinkage of the new GRC integrated decorative wallboard is carried out by the method of thermal analysis in numerical simulation.The calculated value is compared with the actual test value,and the numerical simulation method is carried out.verification.The results show that the calculated results are basically consistent with the experimental data,indicating that the finite element model constructed in this paper is reliable.(4)According to this analysis method,the focus is on the shrinkage simulation of the GRC outer decorative layer in practical applications,and the stress concentration on the outer surface is analyzed.It is concluded that the most unfavorable position of the outer decorative layer shrinkage is smaller.Therefore,the addition of the decorative process has a certain influence on the shrinkage of the GRC,but neither of them exceeds the tensile strength of the GRC,and no damage will occur.On the basis of the above research,the future research on the future is prospected: the GRC integrated decorative wallboard completed by pouring maintenance is mechanically loaded,and the mechanical analysis of bending and shear resistance is carried out,and the conclusions and test results of the numerical simulation are carried out.Compare and analyze whether the mechanical properties of the composite wallboard are reasonable.
