Study On The Optimization Of The Traditional Village Protection And Development Model In Shanxi

In recent years,with the growth of urbanization,the traditional villages have gradually declined.The protection and development of the traditional villages are related to the construction of the beautiful countryside in China and the building of a well-off society in an all-round way.As a province where the number of traditional villages is densely distributed in Shanxi Province,many problems in the process of protection can not be underestimated.Based on the protection and utilization mode of traditional villages in Shanxi Province,this thesis aims to optimize the protection and development mode of traditional villages in Shanxi based on the evaluation and analysis of different models and the related experience both at home and abroad.The results of the study are as follows:(1)The present situation and the types of the traditional villages in Shanxi province were analyzed through the field visit and the literature and news.The characteristics of the traditional villages in Shanxi province are the number is large and the distribution is unbalanced distribution,but it is more concentrated.The main existing types of traditional villages are divided into scattered point type,strip type,group Fort type and stack type from the spatial pattern,from the geographical location to the town periphery type,the town periphery type and the natural environment peripheral type;the economic developed type and the economic underdeveloped type are divided according to the economic basis(2).Through the analysis and evaluation of the existing mode of protection and development in Shanxi Province,the advantages and defects of the static protection mode and the live protection model are obtained.(3)Based on the above analysis and the combination of different protection of existing methods,we concluded 2 kinds of protection modes and 4 kinds of development modes.The 2 kinds of protection modes are the whole village subarea protection and main parts partition protection-The 4 kinds of development modes are the comprehensive development model,the community led development model and the characteristic industry development model are based on the tourism development,the promoting economic development model is based on no tourism development in the early stage.(4)Through the use of the protection and developed model that have been obtained,and the specific planning for the village of Xiang Li?The specific protection plan include the protection and utilization of the overall plan,the protection and renovation of the building,the protection of the intangible cultural heritage,the land use planning,the landscape system planning,the village renovation,and the development plan includes special product development plan and tourism development plan,it is proved that the method of protection is feasible.We found that even began to use one protection and development mode,in the future can be adjusted according to the present situation of the village,that is to say,in the specific planning of the traditional village,we can not stick to one model and use it flexibly.This article tries to provide reference and inspiration for the protection and development of traditional villages through the study of the traditional village protection development model.
