Research On Protection And Development Planning Of Traditional Villages In Pei Village In Langxi County Based On The Concept Of Maintenance And Eeducation

Traditional villages,which are also called the "Gene bank" of Chinese civilization.Therefore,they are less affected by the early process of urbanization and developed with clear history,also with well preserved historical heritage and completed cultural context.However,in recent years,rapid development caused the "constructive" and "planning" destruction of some villages by some unreasonable development modes.It is a burning question to better balance the development and protection of villages as well as seek a healthy and sustainable path for the society.This paper starts from the concept of maintenance and education,then analyzes the compatibility and feasibility of the application of this concept in traditional villages.By taking the protection and development planning of Pei Village in Langxi County as an example,this paper explores a new way to develop the dynamic balance between the protection and development of traditional villages.First of all,combing the related concepts of traditional villages and the concept of maintenance and education,this paper analyzes the research status of traditional village protection and development at home and abroad,and initially constructs the technical route of village maintenance and education on the basis of explaining the research background and content.Secondly,through the analysis of the connotation of the concept of maintenance and education,this paper analyzes the relationship between the concept of maintenance and education and the protection and development of traditional villages,to provide working ideas for traditional village maintenance and education by putting forward common maintenance and education strategies from four aspects of natural environment,artificial environment,human environment and industrial environment,and from three levels of macro,meso and micro.Finally,under the guidance of the concept of maintenance and education,the research results are applied to the case study of Pei Village’s traditional village protection and development planning,according to the ecological red line,on the basis of ecological protection,to make Pei Village achieve the four protection and development concepts are put forward,which are "delimiting protection zoning,creating characteristic landscape area","Integrating Village texture and conserving space network system","highlighting traditional culture,creating Pei Village cultural brand","promoting the integration of three industries,cultivating new economic"growth pole ".
