| Sleep is one of the most important life activities in human’s daily life.The quality of sleep have direct influence on one’s psychological and physical health.Nowadays,as the growing pressure on people’s daily life,sleep problem has gradually become one of the most important health problems in people’s lives.In this paper,a new method to improve people’s sleep quality is introduced,which is designed as a wearable device.To be more specific,an in-depth exploration is carried out in the following three aspects:First of all,design and make a system which detects and accumulates people’s pulse wave information.This system is combined of photoelectric detection module,embedded control module and computer data collection and processing module.Secondly,a sleep staging map based on pulse wave is obtained,by processing and analyzing data.In this part,a model of sleep quality evaluation is established,which generates quantitative descriptions of the various stages of sleep.At last,using a method of LED light stimulation with a certain frequency scintillation to carry out sleep feedback regulation.This method is based on the previous sleep model evaluation analysis,which controls real time optical feedback.The design logic of this system is as follows:Firstly,LED light stimulation produces human response.Secondly,pulse wave detection device detects body’s responses and sends it to the evaluation model.Thirdly,the model generates control instructions to change LED luminescence mode.Lastly,body response changes with the changed luminescence mode and forming a closed loop system.The experimental results show that this sleep aided system has a positive effect in improving sleep quality of the sleep disorder population. |
