In the production process of photovoltaic module,barcode and corresponding process data need to be collected into MES system in real time for enterprise management to analyze and trace back and make production decisions.In order to solve this problem,the power line carrier communication technology is proposed as a data transmission scheme,which can simplify the deployment difficulty and reduce the production line downtime due to the limitation of production site space and inconvenience of wiring construction.The bad channel environment of power line is not conducive to reliable data transmission,so this paper studies and designs a photovoltaic module pipeline barcode acquisition system based on reliable power line communication,which ensures the accurate transmission of barcode data to MES,and provides a reliable basis for accurate production decision-making of enterprises.Firstly,according to the needs of enterprises and the whole process of photovoltaic module production,the influence of key process parameters on the final quality of components is analyzed.Then,according to the process steps of assembly line production,the key acquisition location of module production data is obtained,the intervention mode of this project is evaluated,and the overall scheme of acquisition system is determined.Pre-experiment is made on narrowband and broadband communication modes of power line communication.The broadband power line communication mode is selected as the data transmission mode in this paper.The hardware and software of node module and gateway module in power line communication system are designed.Secondly,aiming at the packet loss caused by bad quality of power line channel,this paper designs some mechanisms,such as overtime retransmit,estimation retransmit based on signal-to-noise ratio,frame sequence number,cyclic redundancy check and so on,to make unreliable power line channel achieve the goal of reliable communication based on power line.Because the software and hardware of power line communication system are not transparent to managers and inconvenient to manage,this paper designs corresponding address management software and PBC barcode management software with strong concurrency ability,and designs corresponding database,which makes the whole system system reasonable and easy to maintain.Finally,the whole set of software and hardware debugging experiments are carried out,and the experimental network including gateway and 20 nodes is set up.The noise interference environment is built and attenuated by attenuator.The extremely poor environment of industrial production site power grid is simulated.The data of network throughput,loss rate and retransmit rate of power line network are obtained by testing.The results are analyzed under different SNR.Finally,the system is deployed to the production site.The results show that the system is easy to deploy,non-destructive construction,no need to lay cables,and only need to be integrated into the AC power supply of the station equipment.It runs well and the data packet loss rate is very low.The system can meet the requirements of rapid,accurate and reliable transmission of component data.
